An owl riding a donkey. This is just magnificent Fran. Your getting very handy with that wacom. A wacom a day keeps the doctor away?

I was hoping you'd put these ideas into pics, I was enchanted by your to and fro with Heather about the wilful young owls. Just gorgeous and lots of fun.

Did you see Heather's lady in red on her donkey? Note I borrowed Heather's young owls but do have a look at the beautiful portrait with ravens on Owl Island. Then you both, Fran

I cannot speak for Fran but I am a very retiring retiree and I look forward to simply sketching. Now back to Duwamish where we are all supposed to be gathering.

When I reach Dwamish will they let me in for I cannot go without my secretary, the Great White Owl, the Donkeys Union membership and the magic slate? I seem to have lost the "retiring" part having been a retiree for so many years. I have enjoyed my time with the ancestors for on that island I can spend quiet days climbing the Hills of History and seeking the lost memories. I have also been reading so much that reaches into the heart. I thank you, all, for you are all among the beloved. Fran

You are in Duwamish darling. See! My drawing! The Great White Owl is there with you, and us all. And the donkeys are being cared for in a stable nearby. So relax, put your feet up and hit the Marina tearooms for coffee and cake. I will draw us there if you like.

Lovely! How good of you to get so much of the work done before the Ferry Woman and I reached shore. I shall go now and look at my portrait.
